Not for emergencies

This form is checked periodically by volunteers, not monitored. For an emergency or a crime in progress, call 911. For streets, plowing, potholes, refuse or yard waste, contact the City of Peoria — those are not Association responsibilities.

Requesting Flock camera footage

A Flock license plate camera covers the subdivision entrance, paid for out of association dues. Any homeowner can ask the Board to look.

The Board releases footage only where there is reason to suspect a crime — not on general request — and it is meant to support a police report rather than take the place of one.

Please include:

The date, and the narrowest time window you can give
What you believe happened
A vehicle or plate description, if you have one
Your incident or report number, if you have already contacted the Peoria Police Department

Recordings are kept only for a limited period, so ask as soon as you can. For a crime in progress, call 911 first.
